Breathe In. Breathe Out. Let Your Body Celebrate.

A conscious breathing ritual developed by Eve Lom MBE to help you reconnect with your inner energy, release tension, and make loving contact with your own cells through the simple rhythm of the breath.

THE PROBLEM OF MODERN STRESS

When we are stressed, our breath becomes short, tight and reactive. The body holds on to the breath unconsciously, creating more tension. This habit of taking short inhalations and almost non-existent exhalations undermines both emotional and physical well being.

WHY THIS MATTERS

In our modern life, we often rush, hold on to tension and forget to breathe fully.

The IN & OUT Ritual offers a way back to balance by reconnecting with the breath in a deliberate way. The ritual centres on a point just below the navel, a source of strength and steadiness.

THE IN & OUT RITUAL

My brain was starved of oxygen because I could not breathe properly.

I experienced a moment of profound stress and realised that by harnessing my breath, I could live more fully in the present.

THE BREATHING RITUAL

The principle is simple but powerful: An inhale, a pause, and then a slightly longer exhale.

Eve describes the breath as like an ocean wave gently rising from the bottom of the spine, clearing away the mud and sand from the body. This wave-like movement brings a sense of release and renewal.
