The principle of the IN & OUT Ritual is simple but powerful:
An inhale, a pause, and then a slightly longer exhale.
Eve describes the breath as like an ocean wave gently rising from the bottom of the spine, clearing away the mud and sand from the body. This wave-like movement brings a sense of release and renewal. Breathing in this way should be gentle, intentional and always through the nose.
The inhale brings in universal energy, the exhale releases what no longer serves.
